TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Insitu® Spray Coat is a water-based, water-thinnable, synthetic 

flexible resin coating (solvent-free) designed specifically for air 

conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and heating (HVAC/R) 

system heat transfer coils and components.

• Insitu® Spray Coat can be applied in our plant or on-site after 

installation.

• Insitu® Spray Coat increases operational efficiency and 

reduces maintenance and operating costs.

• Insitu® Spray Coat prolongs the service life of HVAC&R 

systems.

• Insitu® Spray Coat resists corrosion, ultraviolet rays and 

moisture.

• Insitu® Spray Coat protects Microchannel coils and copper 

and aluminum tube coils.

• Insitu® Spray Coat is a post fabrication solution.

• The Insitu® Spray Coat process ensures a uniform, dry film 

thickness of 0.6 to 1.2 mil and meets the Insitu® Spray Coat 

rating of 

• 5B for cross-hatch adhesion according to ASTM D3359.

• Insitu® Spray Coat is durable and exceeds 10,000 hours of 

resistance to salt spray resistance testing per ASTM B117.

• It meets the C5-I medium durability requirement per ISO 

12944-2.
