Select output type and adjust corresponding volume. 

 

Please check if the TV stereo can play normally if there is no voice output when using TV 

stereo. 

 

Please check if the external speaker is correctly plugged into the port or if the external 

speaker can be turned on if there is no voice output when using external speaker. 

 

Please check if the volume is set as minimum or the built-in speaker is malfunctioned if there 

is no voice output when using built-in speaker. 

Step 5 

Select 

“Done” and press 

 button. The system will return to main interface and test is 

completed.
