Using Your Vacuum Cleaner
1.
Pull the mains cable and plug fully out of the vacuum cleaner, do not use the
vacuum without pulling the cable all the way out.
2.
Insert the mains plug into the nearest socket.
3.
Press the
On/off Switch
(2) to power up the vacuum, press
the switch again to switch off the vacuum.
NB
Adjust the lever (arrowed below) on the
Floor Tool
(11) according to the type of floor
being cleaned. Push the lever down for use on hard floors (i.e. non carpeted), pull the lever
up for vacuum cleaning carpets:
Using the Crevice & Upholstery Multi Tool (18)
Attach the
Crevice & Upholstery Multi Tool
(18) onto the
Telescopic Tube
(17) to clean carpet
edges, upholstered furniture and hard to get at areas:
NB
If the
Telescopic Tube
(17) is not required, attach the
Crevice & Upholstery Multi Tool
(18) or the
Floor Tool
(11) directly to the
Hose Tool Connector
(15) on the end of the
flexible hose, this useful whilst cleaning soft furnishings, stairs, etc. as below:
Left: Adjust the lever on the
Floor Tool for carpeted or
hard floors:
Up for carpets
Down for hard floors
Left
: Attached the Crevice &
Upholstery multi tool to
clean carpet edges
Right
: Fold the brush down
to clean hard to get at areas
and upholstery.
Left
: Attached the Crevice &
Upholstery multi tool to the
Hose. Use the brush to clean
upholstery.
Right
: Attached the Floor
tool to the Hose to clean the
stairs.
