Internal calls
If you have more than one handset registered to the base, you can make internal calls between
two handsets.
1. Press . The and symbols are displayed.
2. Enter the handset number (1–5) you want to call.
3. Press to end the call.
Notes: You cannot de-register the handset you are using. If you enter an invalid handset number,
the display will return to standby.
Transferring calls
You can transfer an external call to another handset registered to the base.
During a call:
1. Press . The external caller will be put on hold.
2. Enter the internal handset number. The called handset will ring.
At the called handset, the user can press to answer he call.
3. At the original handset: When the other handset answers, press to complete the transfer.
If the called handset does not answer, press to speak to the external caller again.
3-Way Call
You can hold a 3-way conference call between 2 internal handsets and 1 external handset.
During a call:
1. Press . The external caller will be put on hold and will hear a tone.
2. Enter the internal handset number that you want to hold the 3-way call with.
3. When the internal handset user answers, press to begin the 3-way call.
4. Either internal handset can press at any time to leave the 3-way call.
