Base ringer melody
The base has 5 ringer melodies to choose from.
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Setup is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to select Base Melody and press .
4. Use or to hear and select a melody. Press to confi rm your selection.
5. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
PIN code
Your phone has a security PIN code which you will need to change some of the settings on your
phone. The default PIN code is 0000. To change it:
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Setup is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to select Pin Code and press .
4. Enter the current 4 digit PIN code and press .
5. Enter a new 4 digit PIN code and press , re-enter the new PIN code and press .
7. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
Dial mode
The dialling mode is pre-set to Tone. If you are using your phone with an older type of switchboard/
PBX you may required to change this setting to Pulse dialling.
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Setup is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to select Dial Mode and press .
4. Use or to highlight the dial mode you want and press to confi rm your selection.
5. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
Recall mode
If your switchboard does not operate with the present recall setting you can change it to earth loop
recall by selecting Earth.
