INSPECTIONS / ADJUSTMENTS

BRAKE SYSTEM

Check to see if there is a crack and damage in the
front and rear brake hose.

If leak, repluce it with new one.

REAR BRAKE PADS

Check the brake pads for wear.
Replace the brake pads if either pad is worn to the
bottom of wear limit groove.

Refer to page 16-7 for brake pad replacement.

FRONT BRAKE LEVER FREE PLAY

Check the free play after pulling the lever.

BRAKE LEVER FREE PLAY : 10~20mm

REAR BRAKE PEDAL FREE PLAY

Adjust the brake pedal free play at the end part of
pedal.
