Install the brake caliper and tighten the new mounting
bolts to the specified torque.

TORQUE : 3.0kgf

Install the brake hose clamp.

When the front fork will be disassembled, loosen the
fork pipe bolt, but do not remove it yet.

Loosen the handle pipe pinch bolt.
Loosen the fork top bridge pinch bolt.

Loosen the fork bottom pinch bolt and remove the fork
pipe from the handle pipe, fork top bridge and steering
stem.

SCREWS

BRAKE CALIPER

Support the motorcycle securely under the engine
not to turn over it.
