State of California Proposition 65 Warning (US only)
This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other
reproductive harm. Gas appliances can cause low-level exposure to Proposition 65 listed substances,
(including benzene, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, and soot) resulting from the incomplete combustion of LP
or natural gas.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
This product must be installed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter qualified or licensed by the State of
Massachusetts. When using ball-type gas shut-off valves, you must use the T-handle type. Multiple flexible gas
lines must not be connected in series.
