In normal operation the electropump does not require any kind of maintenance.
It is recommended to have the system overhauled every 6 months by a
specialised technician.
In the event of long periods of inactivity it is recommended to start up the pump 2
or 3 times a month.
If a join is to be made in the electric cable, use a cable with an adequate section.
It is not possible to carry out any work on the motors since they are made
impermeable by the manufacturer.
6. PROBLEMS
1. The pump does not distribute.
Lowering of the water table.
Check valve blocked.
Pump clogged by impurities.
2. Reduced flow rate and pressure.
Check the direction of rotation.
Check the state of wear of the pump.
Check that the pipes are not
clogged.
Check for any leaks in the system.
3. The pump starts and stops frequently.
Check operation of the check valve
and the dimensions of the tank.
Check for any leaks in the system.
Check the pressure switch and the
probes (if present)
4. The motor does not start.
Dry running, if an electronic control
unit with this function is present.
Check that all the phases are
present.
Check that the motor is live.
