Change Modulation for Modem
The Modem Setup menu is used to change the Modulation Type used for the ADSL connection. This setting
should only be changed if your service provider has given explicit instructions to change it.
Note
Do not change the (ADSL) Modulation type used unless you have been instructed to do so.
If this setting is not configured properly, the Modem will not work.
DSL Mode Configuration for change modulation method
If you are instructed by your ISP to change the Modulation type is used for your service, select the desired
modulation type from the pull-down menu and click
Loop Start
. The modulation types available are

G.dmt
,
Multimode
,
Reserve mode
,
Legacy DMT
,
Legacy Lite
, and
Legacy 2
