Set the delay time that the specified Automation Event must continue to
be true before sending the defined CEC command.

Set the length of time to wait after an Automation Event's CEC re-
sponse has been activated before ANY other Automation Event can be
detected.

Note: If both an RS-232 and CEC event is activated by the same Auto-
