Spare parts, standard machine
The spare parts are listed in sections 9 to 13.
The list of spare parts is the same for all GL 205 and
GL 215 models plus their options. If spare parts need
to be ordered, take care to read the drawing and
the list to ensure that you order parts for the correct
machine model. Electrical parts such as sensors,
photoelectric cells and motors are listed in these drawings.
Otherwise, all electrical parts can be found in section 14.
The interfaces in the drawings have been selected
to achieve the best function and reliability.
Example:
Article number "260006 - Pre-stretch roller" is sold only
as a complete unit. Gear hubs cannot be purchased sepa-
rately.
Article number "213018 - Wheel for turntable assy." Wheels
and bearings are pre tted at the factory to form a single
unit. Wheels and bearings cannot be purchased separately.
If wheels or bearings are so worn that they need to be
replaced, it is necessary for
both the bearings and the
wheels to be replaced so as to ensure ongoing reliability.
Recommended list of spare parts.
All spare parts are normally available at our main ware-
house for same day delivery. However, sometimes deliver-
ies may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. See
section 13 for suggestions for spare parts which Cyklop
reckons you should keep in stock in order to minimize the
risk of downtime.

9. Reservdelar, standard maskin /
Under kapitel 9 till 13 är reservdelarna listade.
Reservdelslistan är gemensam för alla GL 205 och
GL 215 modeller samt deras optioner. Om reservdel
behöver beställas var noga med att läsa ritning
samt lista så att del till rätt maskinmodell beställs.
Eldetaljer så som sensorer, fotoceller samt motorer är lis-
tade i dessa ritningar. I övrigt nns alla eldetaljer under
kapitel 14.
Gränssnitten i ritningarna är valda för att uppnå
bäst funktion samt driftsäkerhet.
Exempel:
Artikel nummer ”260006 - Pre-stretch roller” säljs en-
dast som en komplett del. Växelnav kan ej att köpas
separat.
Artikel nummer ”213018 - Wheel for turntable assy.” Hjul
samt lager är förmonterade från fabrik till en enhet. Hjul
eller lager kan ej köpas separat. Är hjul eller lager så
slitna att de behöver bytas krävs att
både lager och hjul
byts för att bibehålla driftsäkerheten.
Rekommenderad reservdelslista.
Alla reservdelar nns normalt på vårt huvudlager
för leverans samma dag. Ibland kan dock leverans-
förseningar uppstå utom vår kontroll. Se kapitel 13
för förslag på reservdelar Cyklop anser bör lager-
hållas av Er som slutkund för att minimera risken för
driftsstopp.
