Programme selector (Rotary
switch)
Film application from bottom to top of
the pallet.
Film application from bottom to top
and back down to the bottom.
Film application from bottom to top
and back down to the bottom.
Water-protected programme with in-
terruption for application of top lm.
Free programmes for special lm ap-
plication (optional)
Select top plate (Rotary switch)
Position 1 = Use top plate. (Applicable only
if the machine is tted with the optional top
plate).
Select top wrap (Rotary switch)
Selection of number of wraps to be placed at
the top of the goods, 1-6 turns.
Film tension ( Adjustment knob )
Film tension between unit and pallet goods.
Elevator speed (Rotary switch)
The elevator speed upwards.
Select bottom wrap (Rotary switch)
Selection of number of wraps to be placed at
the bottom of the goods, 1-6 turns.
Board speed (Adjustment knob)
Board rotation rate.
Reset (button)
The reset button must be used if anything is
in the wrong position before the machine is
started. Press this button to move the ma-
chine board and elevator into their respective
starting positions. If the machine is tted with
a top plate, this moves to its top position.
Start (button)
Start the machine.
Emergency stop (button)
Press this button to stop the machine in an
emergency.
NOTE: May be used in emer-
gencies only. Unnecessary use may dam-
age the rotary board gear.
Voltage indicator (Lamp)
If this lamp is on, the machine is powered up.
