The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.

Use only in manner depicted. To avoid serious injury, use equipment only as describe in placards
located on each machine.
All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up - Consult floor staff if assistance is required

Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid,
Triceps
•
Use one or both handles.
•
Direction of cable represents direction of force.
•
Grasp handle and pull yellow
knob.
•
Adjust carriage up or down.
•
Release knob and lock carriage
into place.
NOTE:
Do not pull knob when
weight stack is elevated.
