Appendix C – General conditions of guaranty
Material and software are guaranteed by CXR manufactures, for one year after the date of
delivery, under the following conditions:
1.
The material and software guaranty :
Guaranty will only apply if the guaranty coupon is returned to CXR within a delay of one month
after the delivery
2. Material
:
Any intervention on the material by a person or a maintenance centre which would not have
been accepted by CXR during the period of guaranty will abort the application of the guaranty.
Any damage due to an accident, a bad use or a non compliant installation, is not covered by the
guaranty.
3. Documentation
:
The documentation does not guaranty the use of the product. CXR is not held of any
responsibility concerning the maintenance, the debugging or the replacement of product
documentation.
4.
Technical support :
CXR grants to the customer a free hot line support aid at working hours for a limited time of one
month after the date of delivery.
5.
New versions of products :
CXR may develop improved or modified versions of the software. The cost of the possible
update acquirement will be governed by a tariff provided by CXR.
