Always use both hands, gripping the post driver’s handles, and do not press the 

throttle trigger until the operator is in a firm, safe position to start operating. 
With the motor on, start the operation by squeezing  the throttle trigger as 

established in the table in section 4.4. 

4.5  Post-work procedures 

Before removing the machine from the post, release the throttle trigger and wait 

until the engine is idle. 
Please make sure no remains from the stake have been left in the hammer cover. 
Make sure the post is in the desired location. To improve productivity and reduce 

the risk of injuries, we recommend the posts are placed in the chosen locations 

before using the post driver. 

 

CAUTION

Make keep the machine is kept 

away from any vegetation present in the 

surrounding area that may come into contact 

with the exhaust system’s hot parts.

LEANING

 

We recommend the machine is cleaned at least in the following situations: 

I.  Upon finishing a working day. 

II.  Every time a component is disassembled as a consequence of 

maintenance or repair. 

5  Maintenance 

This chapter provides a maintenance programme and instructions for the routine 

maintenance of the components. 

5.1  General 

With regard to the motor, please follow the manufacturer’s service manual. 
It is important to carry out regular maintenance so the machine may continue to 

operate safely and smoothly. The user must carry out daily and monthly 

maintenance tasks.
