n = 0 ticket presenting with pre-defined steps number (see
commands notes)
n = 1 Ejector motor off
n = 2 Ejector motor on
n = 3 ticket presenting with m steps (1 step = 22 mm)
n = 4 ticket catch
n = 5 ticket espulsion
n = 6 transmits ejector byte status
