DIAPHRAGM PUMPING SYSTEM
The Dyna-Fog’s Diaphragm pumping system was designed to accurately pump
various types of liquid formulations at Ultra-Low-Volume. Bigger droplet size can
also be obtained with higher flow rate and/or lower boom pressure.
HYDRAULIC SCHEMATIC
With the diaphragm pumping system, the flow rate of the liquid is controlled by a
needle valve as a bypass regulator between the suction (“IN”) line and pressure
(“OUT”) line of the pump. The more turns that the valve is open, the lower the
output that can be achieved. Additionally, interchangeable restricting orifice is in
the line to allow a fine regulation to the needle valve.
