Cleaning the Water Inlet Filter
If the machine is not filling up with water properly when the tap is open, you need to clean the
Water Inlet Filter:
1. Close the water tap.
2. Select any wash programme except “Quick Wash” and “Drum Clean”.
3. Make sure the machine is turned on, then press the Start/Pause button.
4. Run the wash programme for about 40 seconds, then stop the programme and unplug the
machine.
5. Remove the Water Inlet Hose from the tap.
6. Wash the filter with water.
7. Carefully remove the Water Inlet Hose from the back of the machine.
8. Pull out the filter inside the machine with a suitable tool. Wash this filter, then reinstall.
9. Reconnect the Water Inlet Hose. Open the water tap and ensure there is no leakage.
10. Plug in the machine again, turn it on and operate as normal.
Cleaning the Door Seal and Window
• Wipe the window and seal after each wash to remove lint and stains. If lint builds up, it can
cause leaks.
• Remove any coins, buttons and other objects from the door seal after each wash.
