Method 5: Connecting to a Stereo System and TV with an AV
Cable and SCART/S-Video Cable
1. Use the supplied AV cable to connect the DVD player’s AUDIO(L/R) sockets to a stereo
system’s analogue audio sockets. (Audio Left = white, and Audio Right = red)
2. Connect the DVD player’s video output (SCART/S-VIDEO) socket to a TV’s video input
socket by using a SCART cable/S-video cable.
3. Turn the DVD player, your TV and stereo system on.
4. Adjust the input source of your TV and stereo system to receive the external signals
from the DVD player. Please refer to the instruction manuals of your TV and stereo
system for details.
