Testing the System Operation
After installing the chain hoist or connecting electrical power to the system and setting initial limits, the
system should be tested.
1. Operate the Unitized System several times by opening and closing the panels to tighten the fabric
and work out the wrinkles. If the curtain is not aligned correctly, adjust the curtain placement at the
hook and loop strips (99). Work out any bulges or creases in the curtains by unzipping and adjusting
the placement of the hook and loop strips (99).
2. Make sure the panels are properly aligned to achieve a tight fit. Re-adjust the curtain panels as
required to achieve satisfactory fit and operation of curtains.
3. After required adjustments, reset limits if necessary.
4. Make sure that all of the required TEK screws (9) are installed through the panels at the back plate
(38), drive pipe (50) and top bar (41).
