Installing the Manual Drive (Chain Hoist)
1. Slide the drive insert (55) into the end of drive pipe (50) and align the holes.
NOTE:
Make sure that end of drive insert (55) is flush with the end of drive pipe (50).

2. Slide the drive shaft (54) into the drive insert (55). Rotate the drive shaft (54) to align the flat surface
on the drive shaft (54) with two screw holes in drive insert (55).
3. Install the lock screws (56) through holes in the drive insert (55). Do not tighten the lock screws (56)
at this time. The drive shaft (54) must move freely in the drive insert (55).
4. Attach the gearbox (98) to the mounting bracket (42) with the supplied hardware.
5. Attach the pinion sleeve (53) to the gearbox (98) and to the drive shaft (54). Install the hardware in
the pinion sleeve (53).
6. Align the gearbox (98) and tighten the lock screws (56) that are installed in step 3.
