Ham and Brie Panini

2 individual Ciabatta or Panini
4 tbsp pesto
1 ripe tomato thickly sliced
2 thick slices ham
4 thick slices Brie
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the Grill plates on High.

Slice Ciabatta/Panini in half lengthways, spread the bottom half of each with pesto.

Arrange the tomato on top, and layer this with the ham and brie. Season well.

Close the rolls and place on the bottom grill plate. Close the lid, pressing lightly for 20-30 seconds and
cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.
