New Potatoes with Rosemary
900g new potatoes, washed but left whole
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ tbsp fi nely chopped fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place the potatoes in the ceramic pot. Pour over the olive oil, sprinkle over the rosemary and garlic and season
well.

Cover and cook on ‘Low’ for 4 hours.
ß
Once the Cook & Hold switches to ‘Hold’ the potatoes will be ready to serve.
