When the product is not used properly in compliance with the User Manual, the product may not operate
properly even if it is no broken down. Please take the following measures accordingly if there is a problem with
the product. Please contact customer service center if the problem could not solved with the measure below.

The amount of purified
water has become less
suddenly.

Have you closed the Tap Water Supplying
Valve?
•
Has the filter replacement cycle passed?
•
Open the Tap Water Supplying Valve.
•
Replace the Filter (the genuine CUCKOO Filter).
Water is leaking from the
Water Purifier.
•
Is the assembled (connecting) part
defective?
•
Is your home or the external environment
humid?
•
Close the Tap Water Supplying Valve at the Water
Pipe, pull out the Power Plug of the Water Purifier
from the Power Outlet, and request for the service.
•
When the cold parts inside the water purifier
combines humidity, dew may form in the same
principle as water drops form on a cup with water.
The cold water
temperature is too high.
•
Is the Cold Water Select Button Led on?
•
Have you dispensed a lot of cold water?
•
The Radiator at the back of the product is
Blocked?
•
Press the "Cold" button at the back of the product
to turn it on.
•
If you used all the cold water in the Cold Water
Tank, you need to wait for approximately one hour
to recool the water.
•
Remove any objects blocking the Radiator.
Move the product to a place with good ventilation
and reinstall it.
There are floating matters
in the dispensed water.
•
Has the filter replacement cycle passed?

There is a loud noise
coming from the product.

Is the floor where the product is installed
flat?
•
Is the product contacting another thing?
•
Is sound made after extraction of water
from the Faucet?
•
Install the product on a flat and airm surface.
•
Make sure the product is not in contact with other
things.
•
As the water purifier has a direct-coupled water
supply system, when the purified water goes out
through the Faucet, water comes in immediately.
The noise is made when the water flows into the
Cold Water Tank, and it is normal sound.
