Check if the Feed Tube is folded.

The hot water
temperature is too low.
•
Is the Hot Water Select Button Led on?
•
Did you already extract a lot of hot water?
•
Does the water come out at room
temperature?
•
Press the "Hot" button at the back of the product
to turn it on.
•
If you dispensed all the hot water from the Hot
Water Tank, you need to wait for about 30 minutes
to reheat the fresh supply of water.
•
Press the "Hot" button at the back of the product to
turn it OFF, and contact our Customer Service
Center.
The taste of water is
unpleasant. There is a bad
smell.

Has it been a long time since you last used
the Water Purifier?

Is it the time to replace the Filter?

Has it been a long time since you last used
hot water?
•
Drain the water from the Hot and Cold Water Tanks
and clean the Cold Water Tank.
•
Replace the Filter (the genuine CUCKOO Filter).
•
Drain the water in the Hot Water Tank with the Hot
Water Drain Tube, and frequently use hot water.
