fore using the device for the first time, fully charge

Cutting
Cutting the top of the hedge

-To cut the hedge top, perform swinging/sweeping
movements to the left and right using the hedge
trimmer.
-For optimum cutting results, maintain the cutting
blade in a slightly inclined position in the direction
of the cutting movement.
Cutting the hedge sides

-If the hedge sides are to be cut, start at the bottom
part of the hedge and cut upwards.
-For optimum cutting results, maintain the cutting
blade in a slightly inclined position in the direction
of the cutting movement.
-Cut the sides of the hedge so that the hedge nar-
rows towards the top. This ensures uniform hedge
growth.
Cutting with the saw function

The small saw

on the cutting blade can be
used on branches that are too thick for the cutting
blade

.
-Position the saw blade as close as possible to the
start of the branch to be removed.
-Position the saw blade against the branch.
-Switch on the hedge trimmer and let the saw blade
cut on its own, without applying any pressure, until
it cuts through the entire branch.
Note
The maximum cutting capacity of the saw
blade is 38 mm. Do not cut any branches
that are thicker than 38 mm.
