Installation – Relay
Installing the relay (may only be carried out by authorised personnel)
1. Connect and fit the relay in the
cooker circuit.
2. The antenna must extend 9 cm
from the cabinet for optimum
signal strength.
NB! if it extends
further, the signal will be worse.
It is fine to thread the antenna
through a plastic pipe with
other cables.
NB: The sensor and relay are factory-paired
and ready to install
See page 15 if re-pairing is necessary

* It can also control a contactor, in which
case an RC circuit wired in parallel with
the contactor coil is recommended.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DEACTIVATE
CURRENT MEASUREMENT (DIP 8
SENSOR) IN THE CASE OF CONTACTOR
CONTROL!
Tip:
If the signal strength is weak/poor, the sensor may not beep in
acknowledgement every time. This can be determined by checking the red LED
on the relay, which will light up if coverage is poor. Moving the antenna slightly
may help. To check whether this is working, press the sensor button briefly
several times. The sensor should beep for every press. If the red LED in the relay
does not light up, the signal strength is fine.
