flow. If no air flow is present, disconnect air in hose to solenoid and
check for air flow. If airflow is not present at the solenoid valve, adjust
pinch solenoid regulator.
If adjusting the regulator fails to provide air pressure, either the regulator
or check valve is defective and must be replaced.

PROBLEM:
Vibrator inoperative.
1)
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Open Rectifier.
SERVICE:
Replace Rectifier with new one.
2)
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Open Rheostat.
SERVICE:
Check operation of Rheostat (see section 4.4-H).
3)
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Vibrator magnetic coil burnt out.
SERVICE:
Replace Vibrator Assembly.

PROBLEM:
No powder flow from Mixing Chamber.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Clogged Orifice Plate in Mixing Chamber.
SERVICE:
Remove, disassemble, and clean Mixing Chamber and
Orifice Plate (see Section 4.4-N).

PROBLEM:
Powder spray from nozzle tip loses definition.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Worn nozzle tip.
SERVICE:
Replace nozzle tip.

PROBLEM:
Frequent nozzle plugging
1)
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Particles are too large for nozzle diameter
SERVICE
: Use bigger nozzles or finer particles.
2)
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Orifice Plate holes are too large for nozzle diameter
being used.
SERVICE:
Change Orifice Plate. (See Section 4.4.N)
