APPLICATIONS
Take out screw that is located at the top/rear
of radio.
4 screws hold the disc drive in place . Two on
each side. Unscrew for further disassembly.
Gain access to internals of factory radio by
removing top cover.
Carefully pull ribbon cable from radios main board.
Then, pull the disc drive out of radio.
Carefully disconnect the display’s ribbon cable
from the radio’s main board.
This blue ribbon connection will connect to the
original diplay port on the main board.
Connect interface daughter board in-line, between
the display’s ribbon cable and radio’s main board.
Inspect that the ribbon connections were properly
inserted.
Bend the radio’s cage with pliers. This allows for
Ribbon cable to exit the inside of the radio.
Ground (Brown)

Can - (Gray)
Can + (Blue)
Radio Connector.

Connect 12V Power, Ground, Can High & Can Low
wires to radio harness.
Pace interface in this location and re-install the
factory radio.
