metal cake pan using slotted spoon, leaving cooking liquid in the
Cooking Pot.
Stir

cup stock and taco seasoning into turkey. Stir rice, mix well, and
remaining 2 cups stock into cooking liquid in bottom of the Cooking
Pot. Place turkey pan on top of trivet. Secure lid. Press
STEAM

pressure to

and time to 6 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Dial
is in the “Seal” (closed) position. Press
START/STOP

Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 10 minutes.
Release remaining pressure. Serve rice topped with turkey and
desired toppings.
