CLEANING AND HYGIENE PRECAUTIONS

Cette opération doit être effectuée tous les
jours et/ou à la fin du cycle de production :
ATTENTION
Le lavage de la moule doit être
effectué par le personnel formé et
qualifié, muni de protections individuelles
appropriées (vêtements, chaussures,
gants imperméables et antiacide, masque
et lunettes) pour éviter le contact direct ou
indirect du fluide en pression et/ou des
substances irritantes (voir aussi les cartes
techniques relatives à l’utilisation de
détergents et/ou de produits de
désinfection).
8.1.1
Arrêter et débrancher la machine
(CONDITION ENERGIE ZERO « 0 ») comme
indiqué dans la section « 7.3 ARRET DE FIN
DE PRODUCTION » dans la PARTIE 7.
8.1.2
Enlever la fiche du tapis des prises relatives à
bord de la machine.
8.1.3
Enlever la protection et décrocher le tapis de
chargement de la machine.
WASHING AND
CLEANING
8.1
This operation must be performed every day
and/or at the end of the productive cycle
operating as follows:
WARNING:
The washing of the die
must be
performed by trained personnel
equipped with individual protections (gar-
ments, shoes, waterproof and anti-cut, anti-
acid gloves, facial mask and glasses) to
prevent the direct or indirect contact with
the fluid under pressure and/or with possi-
ble irritating substances (see technical
cards about cleaning and/or sanifying
product).
8.1.1
Perform the stop of the machine disconnect-
ing the power supply (ZERO “0” ENERGY
state) as in section ”7.3 END PRODUCTION
STOP” in PART 7.
8.1.2
Extract the belt/s plug from the relative
sockets on board the machine.
8.1.3
Remove the protection and release the
loading belt from the machine.
