Exercises with shoe / ankle weights
Hips I (see Fig. G)
Kneel on the floor so your hands are below your shoulders and the knees below your hips.
Extend the right leg to the back, bend your foot.
Tighten your glutes, raise your leg and hold this position for approx. 10 seconds.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Then repeat this exercise with the other leg.
Hips II / abdomen (see Fig. H)
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet crossed. Do not let your feet touch the floor.
Lean slightly back, supporting your body with your hands.
Raise both feet 30–45 cm. Slowly return to the starting position.
Cleaning and Care
Clean with a dry, lint-free cloth.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product
show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we
will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
