Apple keyboard does not connect reliably to RMCs.

All TXs (except TX-401-XX): HDMI audio unreliable with 480i video. All other resolutions are ok.
•
On streaming cards, support for elapsed seconds, bitrate and initiator feedbacks have been removed
to work around Toolbox™ stability issues.
