MANUAL MODE
The machines outputs may be manually controlled by MAINTENANCE & ENGINEER level
operators. Manual control of outputs to override the controller logic allows for functional testing
of components. Toggling an output button on or off will enable the override, pressing it again
will cancel the override. In addition, pressing the opposite manual button will cancel the
existing override and enable the selected override. When activated the state of the output will
flash as an indicator to reflect the state (or position) of the mechanism.
To test the output from the manual screens you need to do the following:
1. Select the desired output to function.
2. Select the desired state of the output (On/Off).
3. * Hold the cycle start button to initiate action.
4. Clear the output state.
5. Return system to production.
