Music Mode 4-9
To define your own EQ settings
1. Scroll Select Custom . The Custom EQ screen
(Figure 4-16) appears.
2. Three vertical control levers will appear in the
display. Each lever represents successively higher
frequencies that can be controlled.
3. Scroll Select each vertical control level. Use the Scroller to move the
control knob up or down to vary the amount of boost or reduction in the
selected frequency range.
4. Scroll Select the check mark to exit the Custom EQ window.
Skipping
Folders This action skips the playback to a selected folder.
To skip to the next folder
1. Press the Scroller.
2. Scroll to the Skip Folder screen (Figure 4-17).
3. Press the Scroller. The Skip Folder icon
appears onscreen.
4. Scroll to the folder that you want to skip to.
5. To resume normal playback, press the Scroller again.
