Uninstalling the 
Modem in 
Windows NT

1. Click 

Start

 -> 

Settings

 -> 

Control Panel

2. Double-click the 

Add/Remove Programs 

icon.

3. When the 

Add/Remove Programs Properties

 

dialog box similar to Figure 4-4 appears, click the 

Install/Uninstall

 tab.

4. Click 

Uninstall Creative PCI Modem 

from the 

list, and click the 

Add/Remove

 button.

5. Click the 

OK

 button.

6. Turn off your computer and remove the modem 

card from your system.
