ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 – Insert Weld Nuts:

Locate the four Post Assemblies (F). Lay them out side-by-

side facing the same direction with the screws facing up.
Insert 5/16" Weld Nuts into the holes as shown at right. Two

posts get Weld Nuts in the left side holes and two posts get

Weld Nuts on the right.

STEP 2 – Flip Posts:

Roll the posts over so the Weld Nuts on the wide surface

face down and the Weld Nuts on the narrower surface face

inward.

STEP 3 – Climber End Assembly:

Select two Posts with opposing Weld Nuts and lay them out

roughly 50" apart as shown at lower right. Fasten one End

Support  (AA) to the Posts near the bottom using four 5/16 x

4" Hex Bolt Assemblies.

A Hex Bolt Assembly consists of one Hex Bolt, one Lock

Washer, one Flat Washer and one Weld Nut.

Fasten the Platform Front (AE) to the Posts near the

middle using two 5/16 x 4" Hex Bolt Assemblies.

Use the top holes at each end of the Plat-

form End. Make sure the other holes

in the Platform End are

aligned as shown.
Fasten the Front Tent

Support (B) to the

Posts near the top us-

ing four 5/16 x 4" Hex

Bolt Assemblies. The

large holes for the Tent Pipes
