Instal Assembly Instructions
MARK / CLAMP / DRLL / ATTACH
A - Use the ‘TIMBER MARKER GUIDE’ to mark the AT4 and MT2
Timbers
Mark a line around the MT2 timber - 1882mm from the end as shown next page / Mark a line around the AT4 timber - 536mm from the TOP OF THE
TIMBER
B - CLAMP the top of the AT3 timber to the AT4 Timber
REMEMBER to use DISTANCE PIECES to ensure the hole is positioned correctly
C - DRILL the MT2 timber using the hole in the AT3 as a guide
REMEMBER to use DISTANCE PIECES to ensure the hole is positioned correctly
D - ATTACH using
M12 x 290* CUP SQUARE BOLTS / ‘NYLOCS’ M12 / Covered end cap R60 / 120 Distance pieces
(ATTACH CIRCLED RED END FIRST )
Position the AT3 timber against the MT2 and AT4 timbers
The AT3 is pre-drilled ONE END ONLY - this end sits against the MT2 timber (circled RED below)
