involved in an accident, alienated or misused (intentionally or unintentionally), used negligently,
manipulated, modified or incorrectly maintained.
CRATONI is thus not liable for injuries, deaths and loss of or damage to means of transport,
property or objects belonging to you or third parties, occurring during the use of the device.
Apart from that, CRATONI is not liable for serious damage not related to the condition,
the environment or malfunction of the product. All risks occurring due to the operation of
the product fully depend on the user, irrespective of the use of the product by the original
purchaser.
The use of the product may possibly violate local or national regulations.
You should moreover be aware that you are completely responsible for the proper and safe use
of the product.
11. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Within the legally admissible limits, CRATONI - for the company itself and its suppliers -
excludes any liability - no matter whether for contract or damages (including negligence) - for
accidental, subsequential, indirect or concrete damage or fines of any kind or for the loss of
income or profits, business losses, loss of information or data or other financial losses resulting
from the sale, installation, maintenance, use, performance or malfunctions of their products or
related to them even if CRATONI or the dealer authorised by CRATONI has been informed about
the possibility of such damage and limits the liability of the company at their own discretion
to the repair, replacement or compensation of the purchase price. This exclusion of liability
for damages shall remain unaffected if any one of the remedies provided for therein does not
satisfy its essential purpose. The complete liability of CRATONI or their sales representatives for
damages shall in no case exceed the price paid for the purchaser for the product.
