SUSPENDED PUMP SYSTEMS

Remove four hex nuts (30) and lockwashers (11) from volute (28) (see Figure 11) and remove volute (28) and
rotate 90° clockwise. See Figure 14, so that the discharge is 90° from tapped holes in motor housing (10). Replace
hex nuts (30) and lockwashers (11) and tighten. Place Suspended Bracket (61) on motor housing (10) and insert
two cap screws (57) and two lockwashers (58) and tighten.

Attach the pump cover to the top of the bracket. Then connect the discharge pipe (by others) to the pump. Mount
the float switches to the discharge pipe and pull the pump cord sets and the float switch cords through the cord
grips attached to the pump cover. The pump with cover can now be lowered into basin.
