TROUBLESHOOTING
DO NOT attempt to repair the Breast Pump yourself.
If the breast pump continues to not operate, please contact Crane Customer
Care.

Low Suction
Air leakage at connecting
parts (valve, flange,
tubing or connectors).
Pump units air circuit is
blocked, tubing is bended
or residue in tubing.
Check each connecting
parts, reinstall and clean
No Suction
Valve is not installed or
assembled in place, or
the valve is deformed and
damaged.
Install or replace valve.
Unable to
Start
The AC Adaptor is not
plugged into the main
socket or the DC power
socket on pump unit.
Lithium battery is
exhausted.
Re-plug the adaptor or
charge the lithium
battery.
Reflux:
Milk or
water in
tubing
Diaphragm is not in place
or damaged.
STOP IMMEDIATELY, clean
or replace the
diaphragm before
pumping.
Display
Shows E1 or
E2 alarm
E1: open circuit.
E2: short circuit.
Please contact your
dealer.
Display
shows E3
alarm
The internal temperature
of the pump unit exceeds
the normal operating
temperature range (less
than 0 Celsius or higher
than 60 Celsius)
Temperature is too low:
place the pump unit
within the normal working
temperature range.
Temperature too high:
place the pump unit
within the normal working
temperature range.
Turn off pump unit and
wait for temperature to
fall within before using.
