MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Always be sure the purifier is unplugged and switched off before cleaning,
removing filters or attempting to store the item.
NEVER PLUG OR UNPLUG THE
PURIFIER WITH WET HANDS.
CLEANING THE WASHABLE PARTICLE FILTER
1.
Gently remove the particle filter by unwrapping from the HEPA filter.
2.
Rinse the particle filter by hand using only warm water.
DO NOT
place in dishwasher.
DO NOT
use hard solvents or detergents.
3.
Particle filter MUST be thoroughly dry before wrapping it around the HEPA filter.
Note: HEPA Filter should be cleaned once a month by a vacuum cleaner
CLEANING THE AIR PURIFIER
NOTE:
No part of the air purifier should be placed in the dishwasher.
1.
Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
2.
Once unplugged, the exterior of the unit may be cleaned by wiping with a lightly
damp cloth.
DO NOT
ALLOW WATER TO GET INTO THE INTAKE AND OUTLET GRILLS.
DO NOT
USE GASOLINE, POLISH OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION TO CLEAN AIR
PURIFIER.
3.
The intake grill and outlet grill can be cleaned of dust with a small soft brush.
4.
If you wish to lightly clean the inside of the air purifier, please remove filters and
ONLY use a dry, soft cloth to lightly wipe down.
STORING YOUR PURIFIER
Store the purifier is a dry location. Do not place heavy items on top of the purifier
during storage as this may result in possible damage of the appliance. Store the cord in
a clean, dry location away from metal objects. Always check the plug before use to
assure metal items have not become attached.
