Chapter 6 Maintenance Instructions

6.11 Replacing Heat Transfer Oil

1. Drain oil by removing oil drain cap located under machine.

2. Open ball valve located rear driver’s side of machine before refilling. This allows the air to

escape the center column.

3. Start burner and heat the heat transfer oil until one drop of oil comes out of ball valve.

4. Close ball valve immediately.

(CAUTION: HOT OIL WILL CAUSE SEVERE BURNS)

NOTE: THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR DAILY OPERATION
