泄气阀的拆卸

  Disassembly of air valves 

A 

取下中心盒上盖（参考中心板的拆卸）

 

Take off. the PCB cover

（

refer to disassembly of main PCB

）

 

 
B 

拉开泄气阀上所有的气管

 

Pull all the pipes out the pipes that connected to the air valve. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
   

 

C   

剪掉泄气阀导线处所有的扎带，取下接线端

 

Cut the cable ties that fixing the wires of the air valves, then disconnect the connecter of the air 
valve. 

 
  D   

取下固定工泄气阀的

4

枚螺丝，取下泄气阀

 

Take off the 4pcs screws that fixing the air valve

，

then remover the air valve. 

 

四，小腿的分解

Disassembly of the leg rest 

24.

小腿组件的拆卸

  Disconnect Leg rest 

拆卸原因：小腿功能有严重缺陷，外观变形或需更换某配件

, 

操作起来非常困难等，此时需要将小腿组件拆卸下来进行更换或维修

 

CAUSE : If the Leg rest is broken and need to be replaced ,please consult the steps as below. 
                 

注意事项：

A.

由于该小腿组件很重，所以操作时最好有人协助进行

 

                    B.

为了更好的卸下小腿部请在拆卸前接通电源，操作小腿上升到最高后再切电源

 

                    C.

有些维护只要升高小腿即可并不需要拆卸

 

NOTE:.      This leg rest is heavy, please don`t remove it with a person,   
Disconnect before use power to set up highest , then take power off please ,   
Some problems just set it up to repair 
 
 

拆卸步骤如下：

：在充气泵防尘盖的上方找到腿部气管的端子，

 

并将它们拔下

 

            Find air hose on the over inflator pump box, 
            then disconnect it
