12.12 Grip Switch Triggers
Once the grip tables are populated, a method
of switching between tables needs to be
established. As you can see from the figure to
the right, there are several options to choose
from. A description of the Trigger and Action
parameters is also available to help the user
decide which is the best option.
Examples:
1. The most common form of grip trigger is
the Open/Open to switch to the next grip
in the table.
2. A Co-contraction can be used to switch
to the next Table. The current grip would
switch to the grip at the top of the table.
Co-contraction is a dual site input where
the user fires both muscles simultaneously.
3. Any grip trigger can be configured to
Enable/Disable Bluetooth Communications.
Adding Grip Patterns:
To populate a table click on the plus (+) symbol next to the table name (as shown by the figure
on the previous page) and a list of grip patterns appear. Holding one of these options will bring
up an image of this grip. After selecting a grip and pressing “Done”, it will appear in the table
in the next available position.
Removing Grip Patterns:
When a grip has been added it will have a minus (-) symbol to the left of it, clicking this will
remove the grip from the table.
