XIV - PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING
THE NO OPERATING MODE
(for LEMAX
V
)
As of software version V4.0.2, the LEMAX
V
is equipped with a
standard NO operating mode (24V DC signal on NO Pilot = vacuum
stop) ensuring positive safety and maintaining suction in the event of
power failure (electrical connections, see chapter V).
The previous versions of LEMAX
V
( NO.i operating mode) were
controlled in the same way as a NC version (LEMAX
S
) and inversion
of the electrical signal was electronically managed (24 V DC signal on
NO pilot = Vacuum generation). In case of PLC reset or loss of input
signal, positive safety could not be guaranteed.
However, it is possible to change the operating mode of NO versions
to return to NO.i operating mode.

: SOVRACCARICO SU S1
La corrente consumata sull’uscita TON S1 è superiore al limite di 125
mA.
Interrompere l’alimentazione, verificare la causa del consumo
eccessivo e/o ridurre la corrente di carico a meno di 125 mA.
Ripristinare la corrente.
Er2
: PERDITE DI VUOTO CIRCUITO
Passaggio in aspirazione permanente in seguito ad un difetto di
regolazione (più di 2 battimenti del pilota di vuoto in un secondo).
Controllare la tenuta della rete di vuoto e/o la qualità del pezzo da
manipolare.
Er3
: PRESA PEZZO
Pezzo perso in corso di manipolazione (comando di vuoto attivo)
Controllare il processo di manipolazione.

MODALITÀ DI FUNZIONAMENTO NO
(per LEMAX

)
Dalla versione software V4.0.2, il LEMAX
V
ha di default la modalità
di funzionamento NO standard (segnale 24V sul comando NO=
arresto vuoto) che garantisce una sicurezza positiva nel mantenere
l'aspirazione in caso di interruzione di corrente (connessioni elettriche,
vedi cap. V).
Le versioni precedenti di LEMAX
V
(modalità di funzionamento NO)
funzionavano allo stesso modo di una versione NF (LEMAX
S
) e
l'inversione del segnale elettrico era gestita elettronicamente (segnale
24V CC sul comando NO= attivazione vuoto). In caso di reset del PLC
o perdita del segnale di ingresso, la sicurezza positiva non poteva
essere assicurata.
Tuttavia, è possibile modificare la modalità di funzionamento delle
versioni NO per tornare alla modalità NO.i.

: CURRENT FAULT ON S1
Current consumed on the S1 switching output exceeds the 125mA
limit.
Switch off, check the cause of overconsumption and/or reduce the
charging current to below 125mA. Switch on again.
Er2
: VACUUM NETWORK LEAK
Switchover to permanent suction due to a regulation default (more than
2 pulsations of the vacuum pilot in less than a second).
Check the airtightness of the vacuum network and/or the quality of
the product to be handled.
Er3
: PRODUCT HOLDING FAULT
Product lost during handling (active vacuum control)
Control the handling process.
