3. Kayak inflation Steps

a. Unscrew the valve cap, press down the valve pin
to open the valve. Let the air flow naturally into the
product to save the time of inflation, and then press
down the valve pin again to close the valve (in “UP”
position).
b. Make sure the pump hose is connected to the
“inflate” outlet.
c. Connect the pump nozzle into the valve
receptacle, with a half twist motion (clockwise)
d. Start pumping air into the board by sliding the
pump piston up and down. Inflate until you reach
the required pressure.

Minimum 6 psi for proper kayak operation and

maximum of 8 psi for this product.

e. After inflation, tighten the valve cap. Only the
valve cap can ensure final air tightness.

4.  Air mat floor installation

a. Unfold the air mat floor from the packaging. Unroll the floor board
until it is laying flat with top side facing up.
b. Fit the floor board into the kayak .
c. To inflate the floor board, check position of floor
board first and follow kayak inflation steps. Inflate
the floor board to 6-8psi.

5. Seat installation

Place the seat on the floor board. Then hook the
side strap to the D ring on the side of the hull and
adjust the strap length.
