1.

 

Screw

 

or

 

loosen

 

the

 

adjusting

 

bolt

 

to

 

attain

 

the

 

horizontal

 

balance

 

(leveling)

 

between

 

the

 

roller

 

table

 

and

 

the

 

machine

 

frame.

 

2.

 

Ensure

 

that

 

the

 

machine

 

frame

 

is

 

not

 

struck

 

by

 

the

 

loaded

 

material

 

on

 

the

 

feeding

 

table.

  

3.

 

Check

 

the

 

leveling

 

by

 

the

 

measuring

 

tool.

 

4.

 

After

 

finished

 

the

 

adjusting,

 

fix

 

the

 

roller

 

table.

 

 

If

 

the

 

feeding

 

table

 

and

 

the

 

machine

 

frame

 

are

 

not

 

positioned

 

under

 

the

 

horizontal

 

balance,

 

the

 

loaded

 

material

 

may

 

be

 

going

 

up

 

gradually

 

and

 

affect

 

the

 

cutting

 

effect.
