Weather information in the app is
wrong
f you think the weather information is
wrong, you should first check your
home's location information. Alarko by
Cosa receives weather information
from the closest weather station to your
chosen location. There may be slight
deviations in the weather information
provided depending on the distance of
this station from your home.
To check your home’s location
information:
1. Go to “ Settings” from Main Screen.
2. Go to the “ Home Information &
Users” menu and select Home Info.
3. Check the location of the house. If it
is wrong, correct it, press the “ Save”
button and exit.
You should see the weather
information get correct after a short
while.
